Request for Judicial Review of Summary Judgement
To the Courts,
I write to confirm that LSPD wish to appeal the Summary Judgement based on multiple extenuating circumstances and that I, Bill Smith will be acting in this matter.
Defence Counsel believes that Summary Judgement was passed without necessity based on extenuating circumstances;
We've has suffered issues of changing DAs prior to their dissolution. In their absence, Officer Sebastian Kane has been unfairly leaned upon whilst facing extenuating circumstances with his recovery which has already been discussed with the DOJ, which it may be more appropriate for LSPD Command to explain further in a more appropriate setting.
With new representation in place, we request this case continues as previously planned and goes to court, unless the Plaintiff wishes to meet to discuss a plea deal.
