This is standard knowledge, if you needed assistance, seek out other Counsel, the DAO or someone else. Due to the nature of your responses here in this docket and in other cases, I believe that you need to learn docket procedures and understand more regarding the movement of law prior to the case being heard at trial. This is a Mayhem charge and you've not even presented any witnesses in this docket. You may still represent the State in your official capacity as a member of the BCSO, but seek the guidance of any lawyer, DAO or Defense, in 5 bench trials and your bar license will be reinstated.
