Mr. Galihai is requesting a subpoena for all information in the state’s possession relating to the incidents and charges the state is alleging against him. This includes but is not limited to investigatory reports, warrant records, criminal records, judicial records, MDT comments, all attachments, any footage, written notes, physical evidence, or pictures taken by the police, if they exist.

Please also provide all relevant reports to Annabelle Celestine who has also entered as counsel for Mr. Galihai on the docket. (555-1328).

This is in relation to a criminal appeal.

Alright, thank you for what’s been provided so far. After a brief review of the reports that were listed with the initial HUT charge I think I’m going to need some more documents. Sorry in advance, this case looks like it will be a behemoth if it goes to trial. If you’d prefer that I file a separate subpoena instead of continuing in this ongoing subpoena just let me know and I’ll do it that way. I think it’s more organized to not have multiple subpoena docket entries for the same case though.

Anyway, first I think there are 2 warrants referenced in these records that I don’t see attached anywhere. IR 5113 is a raid receipt for a hotel room. I need the the warrant application and to know if and when it was signed. (or to be told no warrant was applied for). Additionally, IR 5249 is a raid receipt for 15 Roy Lowenstein. That report says a warrant application was submitted to the DOJ and I need a copy of that and to know if and when it was signed.

Next, I need access to CR 25684. This is just a prior case record of this defendant’s that may end up having relevant information pertaining to this case.

Finally, in the reports you just gave me access to there are a number of linked reports that I don’t have access to open.
Specifically in IR 5543 there are two linked investigations that I can’t open titled “Wranglers Weed Farm Pump”, and “Angels of Death Get Smoked”.

In IR 5248 and IR 5249 there are two additional linked investigations titled “Howard Kultz Bad Boy”, and “Simone Monroe Bad Gyal”. (And the Angels of Death Get Smoked is linked again). IR 5113 also links two of these reports.

IR 5111 links two new additional reports those being “Howard Kultz – Car’s Raid”, and the “Vineyard – 3 Car Raid + All the Other Cars – Wrangler”. It also references the other reports mentioned too.

In Summary that's the two warrants for the motel and Lowenstein properties, CR 25684, “Wranglers Weed Farm Pump”, “Angels of Death Get Smoked”, “Howard Kultz Bad Boy”, “Simone Monroe Bad Gyal”, Howard Kultz – Car’s Raid”, and the “Vineyard – 3 Car Raid + All the Other Cars – Wrangler”.

There is no warrant that I could find for the raid receipt in IR 5113. I will check with Deputy DeRoche to see if there is one that I'm not seeing. I believe, though, that access to the motel room was given by the owner, Kultz. Again, I will double check.

The raid on 15 Roy Lowenstein was done under exigency. A search warrant was submitted and approved, but was not necessary in the long run. I made a copy for you in IR #5726 and attached you and @A. Celestine | 187 R. O'Cop .

You've been attached to CR #25684.

Any reports that are irrelevant to the case you are setting up you won't have access to. Some of these reports are linked together because they are all part of a larger investigation involving that group of individuals. If you want access to any of the reports outside the ones you requested originally, you will have to submit a separate subpoena with an affidavit as to why you need access to other people's reports who aren't your client.

You'll have to wait on a redacted report for "Angels of Death Get Smoked."

I do not think the "Weed Farm Pump" is related to your client, either. I will check.

The rest of the investigations pertain to other people who are not your clients. If you have a need to want to see other people's investigations, you will need to submit a new subpoena with an affidavit explaining why you need to see each of those individual reports.
