Is is extremely unprofessional to not inform the AO of their records being subpoena. A simple tag in this thread would have assisted in this matter, a text to my mobile would have been preferred.

It is a standard that officers are allowed 48hrs to produce a report & extremely unprofessional to give access to an unfinished report and then post evidence/report entered retroactively.

If I had been notified of the subpoena request then I could have made haste in getting the defense the requested information.

I will be making a complaint on this matter.
