Judge-Yee-Atrick Can I get an update? As stated I have documented the report as empty and have still yet to see this report. I am almost certain that this report was filled out well after even the 72 hour window given for HUT investigations. Providing an empty report only to remove the defense counsel access and fill it out days later is a clear violation of my client's rights.
