7 Years (TIME SERVED) / 7 YEARS Probation / $150,000 / 6 Hours Community Service
I, the Defendant, being of sound mind, willfully and voluntarily enter such a plea agreement with the State of San Andreas.
I have been afforded the opportunity to speak to an attorney, and have thus:
elected to appoint an Attorney to represent my case.
OR elected to refuse my rights to representation during these proceedings and am proceeding Pro Se.
I, the Defendant, fully understand the nature & elements of the crime with which I have been charged, and the criminal culpability that such charges imply therein.
TERMS OF PAROLE:
Defendant is to report DAILY to the BCSO in order to check in regarding their parole. Defendant will talk with a Deputy of the BCSO, but is not limited to any specific Deputy.
No consumption of drugs while on parole.
Can be frisked during any legal detainment.
TERMS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE:
Community Service will be proctored by the BCSO
Defendant Must contact the BCSO to request a time to complete the Community Service hours.
It will be at the discretion of the BCSO as to what the Defendant will need to do to complete those hours
