When a client of yours is sent up on a Hold Until Trial, they have the option to request bail. Here are the requirements for bail requests.

Bail requests cannot be requested until 12 hours after the HUT has been initiated. Defendant must pay 10% of the Bail amount to the DOJ Bank Account 10000002 in order to be released on bail. In the event bail conditions are violated, the full amount will be billed to the ACCOUNT THAT PAID FOR BAIL. Bail will be returned once the Defendant appears for trial or enters into a plea arrangement with the State.

Standard Bail Conditions

1) Abstaining from the consumption of drugs and alcohol
2) Cannot commit a misdemeanor or felony
3) Cannot possess on their person, deadly weapons or firearms
4) Subject to a frisk during a legal detainment
5) Must make their phone number and address available to the court during the bail process
6) No contact with the victim or adverse witnesses
7) Associating with individuals you know to be, or ought to know are, currently committing criminal acts.

Individual posting bail is responsible for the full bail amount if the Defendant breaks bail.
