Respectfully, the defence joined less than 24 hours ago and has yet to have the time to properly review it, add evidence, witnesses, or make any motions.
While I understand that the case was filed some time ago, factors outside of anyone's control caused the defense council to shift, and a judge presiding to disappear.
All we're asking is that this case be handled reasonably, and the scheduling to be moved far further down the month, no sooner than 25th.
