I will be asking for increased Damages of another 100,000 dollars for unessesarily burdening the legal process with this lack of preparedness. I have done witness preparations, I have reviewed my case, I have been ready for a month to have my case heard.

Motion 1, Increased punitive damages of another $250,000, for criminal threats and witness tampering.

Motion 2, Due to Albert Sanchez's scheduling, his next availability is Saturday, later in the night. Albert Sanchez is a key witness to Hannah Evan's alleged criminal threats and witness tampering. This is something we were only made aware of recently. Due to this, we requested the trial to be pushed back until Saturday, or for the court to allow a signed affidavit by Albert Sanchez.
