I'd like to provisionally enter as defense counsel pending a meeting with opposing counsel and Your Honor to discuss the nature of my counsel, as I believe I am a duplicative witness. @Murdoch

This needs a new judge. I will attempt a settlement conference with my lawyer and the defense.

I think it is inappropriate for Ash Li to represent this case, we need witnesses whome together show consistant testimony of this harassment.

Developments outside of this case lead me to believe a conflict exists, as a result I must recuse myself from representing Ms. Evans.

I called Hannah and she picked up to let her know our willingness to negotiate settlement, we await the defenses response (She was called before Celestine entered, we will go through her lawyer from here on)

    Theodore Lars If we're talking about the same phone conversation with a $500,000 settlement offer, the defense will be refusing that at this time.

    The defense will remain all ears for any future offers as we prepare to have our side heard in court.

      Respectfully, the defence joined less than 24 hours ago and has yet to have the time to properly review it, add evidence, witnesses, or make any motions.

      While I understand that the case was filed some time ago, factors outside of anyone's control caused the defense council to shift, and a judge presiding to disappear.

      All we're asking is that this case be handled reasonably, and the scheduling to be moved far further down the month, no sooner than 25th.
