My client just informed me that things have come up for the weekend, and she will not be available. Her remaining availability stands.
With that fact, neither the defendant, nor her counsel are available for the scheduled time.

$2,500 in Compensatory Damages.
$10,000 in Emotional Damages.

For a total of $32,500 to be paid out to the bank account chosen by the plaintiff.

30 days and we have had a witness list and evidence since day 1. I will be asking for increased Damages of another 100,000 dollars for unessesarily burdening the legal process with this lack of preparedness. I have done witness preparations, I have reviewed my case, I have been ready for a month to have my case heard.
