Note: Mr. Carter has already been processed and sent to prison. It is very possible he has already moved the government equipment and hid it. There were no command or DAs present to review this warrant. Deputy Fargo still has Hamilton's stolen and recovered SMG on him, and did not enter it into the evidence locker, but we do have Dispatcher Irene Linden-Santana's confirmation that the SMG was found during that arrest. We wish to move ahead with this S&S under exigency, but submitting the warrant regardless.

Any and all government equipment, including Senior Officer Nicole Hamilton's Heavy Pistol (ECFN1013160108104) and any other illegal weaponry or contraband found during the search.
Probable Cause:
On May 30th, 2025, Nicole Hamilton was with a mechanic, Benito Camelo (111205), at the Tinsel Tower Parking getting her Scout repaired. She asked several times for a unit to come and help her with the tow truck, but there wasn't anyone available. While this was happening, a man on a black sports motorcycle approached behind them with a gun and told them both to put their hands up. Hamilton and Camelo complied. The suspect was a male with a black helmet, a black Jacket and jeans. He had a pistol with an extended magazine on it. He robbed Hamilton of her PD Heavy Pistol, Her PD SMG, her handcuff keys and her vest. He told her to tell Bloom "no more HUT charges" and when Hamilton informed him she was not BCSO, he told her that he didn't care, they are all connected, and to let him know. He also made it sound like he would come back and find her sometime in the future.
On June 2, 2025, Deputy Eli Fargo arrested Isaiah Carter and found in his possession Senior Officer Nicole Hamilton's SMG (VXTY1012071533826). Her Heavy Pistol, her Vest, and her handcuff keys were not recovered. Mr. Carter is the owner of two motor bikes, both of which match the description of a black sports bike. It is Hamilton's belief that Carter may still be in possession of Hamilton's government equipment and possibly other government equipment.
