Your honor,
Quite simply, Mr. Medvedev was unaware of the eviction notice. He was so unaware in fact, that he was fully under the impression that his belongings were stolen from his apartment by, what he presumed, was the apartment management. He came to me and Kye Evans, and paid us, real money, to file a suit against the management of that floor, with the full belief that his things were stolen. Considering Mr. Medvedev lost money on this false presumption, and he clearly would not believe this if he saw the eviction notice, the defense reasons that this is quite compelling evidence that Mr. Medvedev never received information of the eviction notice. Regardless your Honor, I've not seen the the eviction notice, but unless otherwise stated via orders addendum to the eviction order itself, the defense believes there's no legal basis for the permanent seizure of Mr. Medvedev's legally acquired and non-contraband possessions.
On another point your Honor, the evidence photos of all possessions in Mr. Medvedev's apartment were hosted on kappa.lol, so they're now gone. I'm going to seek an itemized raid receipt, but it might take time. Hopefully it exists.
