After reviewing the evidence. The Contents of the Raid against Snowman Chill as Owner of the apartment is property of the State. As Ms. Li has not been able to provide us with what the Claimant is requesting for items that belong to him, we believe the request is to vague and should be denied.

The subpoena submitted by @Ash Lǐ on behalf of Boris Medvedev is hereby GRANTED. The DAO shall comply with providing the relevant requested documentation so that Ms. Li can identify the items she is seeking returned. This is not a decision on the merits of this case, but evidence has been produced that Mr. Medvedev entered into an arrangement for rent with Mr. Chill and Mr. Medvedev is at least entitled to review the contents seized to support his argument here.
