The defense has had just under a week to provide any testimony at all from Mr Jakub either in written form or update the court to let us know if they have even been able to find him. If their entire defense is resting on the back of a career criminal who they cannot get produce.

I would still like to pursue my previous motion and get a ruling on it your honor.

Still don't. Its hard to get in touch with people via solely phone calls. Regardless, I still need to have a pre-trial meeting myself, and Mr. Spencer is on vacation, so that makes it impossible. The subject matter is pertinent to the grounds of the case.

Got a hold of Temple. He said he didn't do it. I still need to discuss the evidence and the subpoena.

The officer involved may appear lest the defense have a reason this is unacceptable.

@PENTA Sheriff Wrangler could you tell the court when you admitted the scene markers and landmine to the evidence locker? There is an argument for chain of custody at the moment. The case is pending judgement based upon your testimony regarding this.
