Probable Cause:
Deputies enacted a lawful search warrant on the property of 16 Grove Street with signed approval from Justice Cassian Rose. Deputies found the following within the property:
Fertilizer Jugs, Plant Pots, Bagged Marijuana, an SMG MK2, a Gock 45 no serial number, Northern Lights Indica Seeds, large amounts of ammunition, a binder full of recipes to construct weaponry, materials inclusive of components, metals etc. Manufactured plate covers, LSPD bandages, LSPD handcuff keys, LSPD motorcycle vehicle keys and smokeless gunpowder. Additionally, the property had roughly 15 vehicle keys returning to various vehicles in different locations, given the readily accessible nature of these keys it is likely that the suspect is storing further weapons in these properties.
It is evident to Law Enforcement that Jonny Bastille is willingly storing unlawful materials within his properties. Therefore, the BCSO wishes to apply for a search warrant on the aforementioned properties and possessions of Jonny Bastille to further secure any and all unlawful contents contained therein.
