After a review of the case filing and evidence, the Court hereby grants the Plaintiff the Vorschlaghammer LuxT, Vin #02735. Pursuant to the Contract, this could have been returned without court intervention. There is no argumentation included that indicates that a court order was necessary to recover this contractual right that is so deeply enshrined here. The contract also specifically mentions that damages in the amount of the full balance shall also be granted. You cannot have both the funds due on the loan and the equitable relief sought here. Therefore, any additional damages are denied.
Given that this case seemingly did not need court intervention, no fees will be granted.
