A pre-trial motion to supress the statement in IR#7049 was granted since the whole statement is based on hearsay.
1x Accomplice to Reckless Endangerment - Guilty - Taking into account the photos in evidence, I believe any reasonable person who was a passenger would tell someone to stop and take this person down off the front of the vehicle because it is dangerous and reckless. Being a passenger and being complacent in this act does constitute being an accomplice.
2x Possession of Government Equipment - Guilty - The defendant had 2 Gas Cards on them that do state they are for S.A. State Employees.
1x Accomplice to Torture - Not Guilty - Since the prosecution did not appear to testify to this charge at all, all we have is the one statement in the report, which is also hearsay. We have nothing else to go off of to show any evidence, intent, or mens rea. Due to this I cannot find the defendant guilty of this charge.
The prosecution did not appear until the verdict was being given, for this France Gall has been fined with 10x Contempt of Court in the amount of $15,050.
