This case brought forth a feeling of despair midway through. The defendant claimed to be a sworn officer on scene and to the end of the trial, where it was finally revealed he said 'We are not officers but sworn officers.' Upon clarification he stated he had no power to make arrests or pull people over. Other testimony had various inconsistencies and contradictions to even amount to perjury. This is the head of the LSPD legal department and he hardly knows what he is..... By using officer privilege's and then claiming to be a sworn officer, implying he had those privilege's combined with everything else, he is guilty.
An emphasis to all witnesses of trial, this was sheer madness it even happened. Sheer incompetence, sheer lack of any mental awareness. The government must unite to do better, this insanity has gone on too rampant to long, all branches need to step up if this is going unnoticed until it hits this extreme.
I have a lot more to say, the transcript reveals all. But I will end it with this. We can do better, and Justice Rose expected better.
