Motion for Continuance
Every effort has been ,made on the part of the BCSO to provide this report however due to the flagging system and the arresting officer being absent, BCSO is unable to attach anyone to this report. We are working to fix this issue but unfortunately the MDT is highly uncooperative. The State would therefore request a continuance on this. We apologize for any inconvenience but it's simply beyond our point of control at this moment in time.
