Lars never said he was allowing it. In fact, this is what he said on this docket, "Outside the Statute is a seperate issue from your initial motion. This is something I will consider." It was never ruled on.
You also said no more motions. You simply said if you wanted rebuttals to motions, you would ask. I have not been arguing, only posting motions, relevant evidence, and things relevant to scheduling.
