Marie Joseph henry Delafayette For clarification, is this the complete list of charges? You say "The full list of charges" which would lead me to believe so. However, weapon trafficking is absent from this list. Bluntly, is the state dropping weapon trafficking?

Also, on an unrelated note, I was a little mistaken before. But July 28 at 7:51 PM (CST) should be the 72-hour mark for turning over the reports and evidence on the case.
