In the interest of Judaical Economy:
We direct the court to the Defendants filing. They plead guilty to all charges except the DUI and they admit to smoking a joint. The defense in its filing by its nature admits to the evidence as factual, and disputes only if the DUI charge is valid.
The Defendant admits to driving a stolen vehicle and plead guilty to Grand Theft Auto. Thus the defendant knowingly possessed a vehicle without consent of the owner and with the intent of permanently depriving the owner of the vehicle. The evidence and statements related to that offense, which is the original reasoning for the detainment, should be admitted without challenge.
The Defendant admits to resisting and evading arrest. The evidence and statements related to those offenses should be admitted without challenge.
The Defendant admits to smoking a joint, but disputes the statements and charge that he was driving under the influence. The evidence of him smoking a joint and the BAC test should be admitted without challenge.
