Its why I'm subpoenaing, I'm seeing what they took from his apartment. Its not Mr. Medvedev's responsibility to keep a tab of all his belongings and what was taken by LEO's without his notice. That's the LEO's job, its what the raid receipt is for, its why I need it. Mr. Medvedev had no clue that the reason his stuff was gone was because of law enforcement. I had to deduce that myself after scouring the docket and reviewing arrest reports.
