The defense will be motioning for a continuance: Mr. Alcaraz has been able to get a more firm grasp on what his new schedule will look like, and a simple push to any day week will allow Mr. Alcaraz to attend any time at or after 9PM ET. He is a vital witness, and will not be able to make the current time, but just pushing out the date a few days will allow him to attend with certainty at a much more reasonable time. On a secondary, but more minor note, Mc'Fuqo cannot currently make any court date for an indeterminate amount of time. Let the court be aware that Mc'Fuqo's availability may improve or may not, but this shouldn't be taken into account too much, if at all, as his plight may not improve regardless of the date being pushed.
