Alright, I am reviewing the motions above. At this time, I don't want any more back and forth between the Plaintiff and Defendant on the docket. If I want rebuttals to motions, I will ask for them, but I rather these arguments not happen on the docket.
With that said, any motions having to do with submitted evidence will be held in pre-trial motions on the assigned court date.
@Head Clerks - I am unsure why I can't tag regular clerks, but can we get a new scheduling link for this trial, please?
Also, @Blake Moore , I didn't see that you were originally responding to this case as well, so if you can let me know if you are planning on taking this or not, I can exit if need be.
