Probable Cause:
Trooper Laughlin wrote an arrest warrant for Sayid Shah for 24/7 innocence BLVD robbery where Trooper Laughlin was able to get postive facial ID. Upon arrest for that Warrant Sayid had 2 very large key rings on his person some with his keys and 7 keys that belong to other individuals attached above. Sayid plead guilty to those charges. Sayid with that arrest lost his weapons license but had 16 guns registered in his name. Trooper Laughlin requested to search his property in order to obtain the weapons. Sayid gave troopers verbal confirmation to search his properties. Troopers brought Sayid along as we searched his hotel as well as vehicles where we found multiple weapons, weapon attachments, explosives, and drugs. Due to the large amount of weapons, explosives, and drugs we have strong beliefs that more evidence may be inside the vehicles of other individuals. Not only the fact that he had keys to the vehicles but that Reginald Watson also has a warrant for his arrest from the same store robbery so there troopers have a good faith belief that the owners of the vehicles are associated with Sayid Shah.
