Robbery - Plead Not Guilty - We received a CAD alert indicating the store on Los Santos Freeway was being robbed. Arrived on scene and saw Saleem, wearing a turtle mask, robbing the clerk while wielding a hammer.
Robbery - Plead Not Guilty - - We received a CAD alert indicating the ATM inside the store on Los Santos Freeway was being robbed, arrived on scene and saw Saleem still inside robbing the clerk. Searched him and found the tools required for robbing an ATM and proceeds from robbing an ATM.
Resisting - Plead Guilty - - fled from inside the store and attempted to jump inside a car parked in front that had its door open and was running.

Findings + Reasoning: Saleem was in a gas station and officers received calls that ATM and store was being robbed. I'm not sure that would even be two counts of Robbery, that would likely be one charge. There is a problem with the report. WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE? Lawyer, you got your client to admit to having the tools of the crime. You should object to that. Instead, you got your client on the stand and admitted to things. In fact, Saleem, you got up on the stand and you LIED. You will be charged with Perjury. With the lack of evidence and the circumstances here, you will found guilty of Robbery, Resisting and Perjury. Not guilty on the second count of Robbery for the ATM. Also, State - you committed a Brady Violation by not putting anything into evidence. Justice Grimmer advises lawyer to file a civil suit on behalf of Defendant.
